March 8, 2002 - Schedule Change for Friday The schedule for Friday, March 15 is pushed back by half an hour, thus opening will be from 5:30pm-6:30pm, dinner from 6:30-8pm and committee is from 8pm-11pm. March 8, 2002 - Permission Form and Code of Conduct Signed permission forms are required for each and every delegate. The form can be found here (in .doc). Also, a code of conduct can be found here (also in .doc). March 1, 2002 - Further Information Regarding Position Papers Just a reminder that EVERY committee does require a position paper per topic; that includes crisis committees such as AC and SC. (The position paper guidelines have been changed to reflect this.)Please submit them either directly to the chair (whose email address you can find under Contact) or to info@bosmun.com where they will be forwarded to the appropriate chair. February 25, 2002 - Position Paper Guidelines Position paper guidelines can be found HERE. February 8, 2002 - Background Guides To Be Posted Background guides will be posted over the next day. Please keep an eye out for them. They will be located in the Committee Section of this web site under each committee's page. February 5, 2002 - Online Registration Difficulties Our servers have been acting up, therefore, if you sent an online registration in and did not receive a confirmation email, please resend your registration online. You should receive a confirmation email within a day after sending. If not, please email info@bosmun.com. Again, we apologize for any inconvenience. February 2, 2002 - Schedule Change for March 17 Per your suggestions, we have eliminated the lunch period on Sunday so that Closing Ceremonies will start half an hour after session ends. Closing Ceremonies is also cut to 1 1/2 hours. So the schedule for Sunday, March 17 is now: 9am-noon, Committee Session 12:30pm-2pm, Closing Ceremonies January 31, 2002 - Background Guides We apologize for the delay in the Research Site as well as the background guides. They will be up by the end of the weekend. We apologize for the inconvenience. If your delegates have any urgent questions regarding committees, they should email the chairs directly. January 30, 2002 - Afghanistan Cabinet Committee Added In keeping with current events, BosMUN has replaced the Asia Pacific Summit with the Afghanistan Cabinet. The list of position on the Afghanistan can be found on the updated Country/Position List. If you have already registered and would like to amend your preferences, please email here. January 15, 2002 - Sudan missing from Country List for MES Sudan was inadvertently omitted from the Country List for MES. Please keep it in consideration when submitting preferences. |
